This 10 Minute Greek Yogurt Dessert is perfect when you want an easy dessert that’s quick to make and not not much of a splurge on carbs! I originally made this with agave nectar, but now I make it with Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, which makes it lower in carbs!

This quick and easy dessert is inspired by the way Greek yogurt is often served in Greece, simply drizzled with a honey and topped with chopped walnuts. I added shaved dark chocolate, but that’s definitely optional.

And if you like the idea of a 10 minute dessert that tastes amazing and uses healthy Greek yogurt, I promise this is so good! And this dessert is so simple, after you try it once you won’t really need a recipe; I hope you try it soon!

What brand of Greek Yogurt should you use?

All yogurts labeled Greek Yogurt are definitely not the same. Look at the label and pick the one with the lowest amount of carbs if you want to make this Greek Yogurt Dessert a low-carb treat. And try to get one that’s high in protein as well if you’re interested in that.

How low in carbs is the Greek Yogurt Dessert?

This amazingly easy dessert has 10 net carbs per serving, with 16 grams of protein. (I discovered the nutritional information was incorrect for this recipe so it was recently re-calculated and corrected. You might be able to find a low-carb Greek Yogurt that will make this even lower in carbs.)
