Easy Grilled Greek Zucchini is a recipe I learned to make many years from a Greek friend. She taught me to brush zucchini with olive oil, season with Greek Seasoning, and grill it for a simple zucchini side dish. And happily that Greek Zucchini cooking lesson morphed into this delicious and amazing side dish that’s perfect for zucchini season. If you like Greek flavors and grilled zucchini, I promise that this may become your new favorite way to cook zucchini.

And the true sign of an absolute keeper recipe at my house is that the morning after we made the Grilled Greek Zucchini you see here, I pulled the leftovers out of the fridge and ate them for breakfast! And the reheated zucchini with the slightly-more-melted Feta cheese might have been even better than it was when it was freshly made! PLEASE make this recipe! I promise, you will not regret it!

How can you cook Grilled Greek Zucchini without an outdoor grill?

Of course, this recipe will be great cooked on an outdoor grill and you can check out my post on How to Grill Zucchini if you need tips for that. For this update we grilled the zucchini with a Stovetop Grill Pan (affiliate link), which is a perfect option if you don’t have an outdoor grill. You could also cook zucchini on a George Foreman Grill (affiliate link), which will cook it even more quickly because it cooks both sides at once.
